Excellent!
As purchasers of a wonderful home at Clifton Beach,we found Nick to be very professional, competent & empathetic. The purchase was conducted long distance, via email & phone and Nick was very attentive & quick to respond to messages & queries. We would confidently recommend Nick to anyone…purchaser or vendor.

Professional, responsive, friendly and genuine service from start to the end of the process!
From beginning to the end of the purchase process - Nick and the team were very professional, flexible, responsive and authentic. Never felt like we were being pressured or just “another” client - Nick and the team always seemed genuinely professional from the viewpoint of seller/buyer. Also navigated a tight timeline (pre Christmas) with great communication and flexibility.

Excellent!
From the initial meeting through to the completion of the sale, we could not fault the communication and professionalism from all at the Coomer team. Nothing was a problem and all aspects were deal with most efficiently and from our perspective satisfactory.

Nick was super helping in guiding me through the process of buying a home for the first time. Genuinely felt like he was doing right by me and the seller at the same time. Very professional and kept me up to date every step of the way. Very highly recommended.

Highly recommended
We had an excellent experience working with Bec. Her professionalism, market knowledge and negotiating skills helped us achieve an outstanding result. We had a couple of disappointments along the way that were completely unforeseeable, and Bec's positivity and resilience really helped us remain focussed on our goals. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in selling our home. Highly recommend. Thanks Bec!
