Just loved working with Bec on the purchase of our holiday home. From the beginning Bec was professional and supportive, guiding all parties to reach the most positive outcome. It has been some years since we have purchased a property and Bec showed real patience and kindness as we worked our way through the process. She always answered our calls and questions were followed up on immediately. I would not hesitate in engaging her services again and highly recommend her to anyone in the market.

Nick snd Luci recently assisted in selling our Mt Nelson property and were excellent in every way. With a short time frame for sale, just prior to Christmas, all aspect of the sale were completed quickly and to a high standard, which translated into a quick sale at the price we wanted. Additionally, we purchased our first home through Nick years prior, and he spent the time to guide us through what initially was a very confusing process. Either selling or buying, I would not hesitate to work with Nick and Luci in the future.

I was looking for a home in Tasmania after being away in Adelaide for 37 years.. I saw the property within a couple of hours of being advertised on line. I had my brother & sister in law check it out for me and be my "eyes". Bec was extremely helpful & I put in an offer immediately. When I was in Tasmania over Christmas Bec gave me a very informative viewing. She is not only very professional but also has great people skills. It is a pity she cant sell my home in Adelaide!

Another fantastic result selling this property, I researched comparable listings in the area before listing with Harry then continued to watch them as my property was sold and the other listings were still sitting there several weeks later. The difference is in the professional strategic approach, marketing, presentation and negotiation skills of Harry and his team. If your thinking of selling watch the market for a while, you'll see Harry's listings hit the market and then sell while others remain for sale weeks and months later. If you're serious about selling your greatest asset just call Harry and his team, they'll get the job done with fantastic results.

Phoebe is friendly, diligent and upfront. She showed great communication skills, patience and the ability to think outside the box to secure mutually beneficial outcomes for us and her client (the vendors) during negotiations.

Jess provided a very high level of professionalism, prompt responses to any queries I had and managed the negotiation process very skillfully ensuring I felt my interests were being well considered while still representing the vendors positon. In addition her "after sales service" has been faultless with any queries I had treated with courtesy while finding the solutions very promptly. While my experience dealing with Jess has been as a purchaser I would have no hesitation using her if selling in the future. Thanks Jess.

Harry had a clear understanding of market conditions. He applied ethical consideration above what vendors might want to put forward. I am thankful Harry took charge of my property sale. Follow-up was what I would expect of a true professional. Thsnkyou Harry.

Jeff made our purchase such a simple process. His knowledge of Hobart and surrounds not only helped us with deciding on where our budget would allow us to purchase, but supported us greatly with finding the right property. His communication was second to none. If you are selling (or buying), I would not recommend anyone else!

From our first meeting we felt comfortable with team Jess and Craig. Their industry knowledge was excellent, which proved to be more accurate than other agents we dealt with, the price achieved proving their knowledge. Both Jess and Craig had a friendly and professional manner throughout our entire sale process, with nothing too much trouble. We were extremely happy with the regular communication updates from Jess, always enthusiastic and knowledgeable through each stage of our sale. A great team with strong company support. Definity recommend.
