My move to WA from Tasmania was last minute and came at the worst time of the year... not to mention the rising interest rates and obvious slow in sales. Regardless, Kahn persevered, offering great advice on how to prepare the house for sale, assisting with activities that i was unable to facilitate myself, holding home opens over the christmas period, not to mention, holding home open time and time again - when i personnaly thought all hope was lost. And then, just as i was in the process of advertisinng the property for rent, Kahn comes through with an offer that met my needs, and closed out the sale. By this stage i had relocated to perth and there was a few items that needed removing from the house and shed... Kahn did this for me, without complaint or charge. I am very greatful for Kahns hard work and dedication to the sale of my home. He respected my property and understood its value - and he therefor able to convey that to my buyer. I honestly believe he worked equally as hard as he would of if it were his own. Thanks Kahn.
