We then signed and the house was sold very quickly before the open home and meet expectations. Mike kept us abreast of everything during the process and recommended a conveyancing company. During the waiting period an issue developed with the building Mike then liaised with the other owners of the units on the property and the company involved in rectifying the issue. Mike also has a good knowledge of the industry and made selling my parents property seem easy - nothing was too much trouble.
