My family and I have been trying to find a home for months already. When we encountered this listing, I immediately emailed Sam considering that we loved the property as shown in the photos and its perfect fit to our expectations (3 rooms, 2 baths, close to shops, town and bus stops) and have received a phone call from him right away telling it's now or it's about to be leased for another year. Luckily, we found a match in schedule and he showed us the property within the day. He was absolutely engaging and was very resourceful in knowing more details about the process considering that it's a different pathway for certain buyers. My family had more concerns but compromise was met at some cases and that was definitely appreciated! Looking forward to settlement with Sam, Petrusma, and the vendor :)

we bought a property from interstate on information property was in good condition and trusting seller, when asked about gutters response was "roof to high cant see", also discouraged from getting building report assuring not needed, when arriving at home could clearly see from windows gutters needing maintenance also towel rails held on with sticky tape, paint peeling of ceiling at front door, bathroom floor running down hill when advised PA no response from sales rep, asked for a pre inspection done with lack of care ,gas air not working we froze first week till we got a repairer in who said pipe disconnected, so never could have been heating properly. Very good talker and comes across very pleasant but maturity on my side can see through this, a great lack of care on purchasers side. Great sales man
