Tony was very helpful when it came to purchasing my house. He went to the extent to call me when he could, to see where everything was in the process of it all and to make sure everything was on track and going well for me. He was very kind and professional and gave great advice.

We have used Sam's services twice in the past three months to sell properties for us. The first time house was sold in six days at a price we were not expecting to reach , but we did. Second time sold in a day for again a dream of a price. The level of service and attention to detail are rare to find these days. Though the results speak for themselves. We would totally recommend Sam and his team to anybody wanting to sell in Hobart.

I contacted Sam to arrange the sale of a long term investment property that wasn't in the best shape. Sam organised everything needed to get it to market. I found Sam very easy to talk to and easy to get in touch with. He was well organised and his team arranged a smooth sales process. I would happily recommend Sam! :)
