IN 2017 I purchased a property from Petrusma Property and Tegan Rainbird was the agent who handled the sale, at the time I was impressed with the friendly and professional way that she attended to all aspects of the purchase. Recently a change of circumstances meant that I needed to put the property on the market, without hesitation I contacted Tegan and we discussed the sale. With her advice I had her put the property on the market, the Petrusma Sign was up on the Tuesday, on the following Monday Tegan rang to say she had 5 offers which we Discussed on the Tuesday I then signed a contract and the sale is progressing to settlement. I would recommend mike to anyone that is thinking about purchasing or selling a property , not only does he work for the vendor he works just as hard at the purchaser unlike others that only worry about vendor . I messaged mike late at night he would reply communicating on Sunday working with us and the vendor as equally, also taking into consideration different conditions required to purchase the property , as a lot would just say no .which meant me the purchaser and vendor got a good outcome , highly recommended 👍🏻
