After missing out on a fistful of offers we had made on properties in the area I made contact with Sam regarding an offer we wanted to make on a property in his portfolio. While Sam declined to offer advice on dollar figures his general advice and excellent follow up ensured our success. Thanks Sam

We were able to sell our property in six days. This was due to a number of factors. The marketing strategy was focused and professional and was good value for money. Sam with his contacts was able to assist with the presentation of our home prior to going on to market. At all times we were informed of any activity and this all this led to a great sale. Sam has a great team working with him and their efforts should be acknowledged. I have another property to go to market and again I shall only be considering Sam to handle this for me.

The whole process of selling my home with Tegan was simple and straightforward, apart from recommendations from other people I always thought using someone with intimate local knowledge would help. Tegan made the the whole thing very painless and hassle free. Would highly recommend her and the team to any prospective seller.

Totally professional, knew his stuff and communicated it all clearly. Highly efficient. AND sold our place within 4 days of going to market. His assistant Mattie Dodd is also amazing. A completely stress-free experience And I am sure it is the whole team at Petrusma - we bought a house through this office back in 2005 and the whole experience of equally excellent.
