Tony has a fantastic up to date knowledge off the market. His communication skills are excellent, explaining everything clearly and is very easy to get in touch with for any questions etc. In my situation the property had tenants, Tony has built up a good relationship with the tenants, reassured them about their rights, explained the process and communicated well with them around photos taken and open home dates and times.
