I chose Tegan for the following reasons: -She communicated excellently in our enquiry process. -Had the highest average sale value in our area. - Had a clear and concise plan of attack in selling our home. - Had a good recent history of sales in our area. - Had competitive rates & commissions (although not the cheapest - great cost to benefit) Overall her performance as an agent exceeded our expectations, which I might add were already quite high.
