What promised to be an extremely painful process, selling our family home of 15 years, proved, with Sam’s help, to be a smooth, easy and relatively stress free process. Apart from making this event more than bearable for us, this dynamic agent managed to clinch a sale within six days of first showing for an extremely pleasing price. The post-sale legalities and paperwork were also handled smoothly by them, coordinating with our solicitor as needed leaving us at times wondering if there was anything left for us to do. Sam was professional, realistic and went out of his way to be helpful with a delightful sense of humour so necessary to smooth the way during such a major life event. At all times, during and leading up to the campaign, he was approachable, gave timely and appropriate feedback and handled the whole process in a calm and efficient manner.
