Sam Towns showed us the house prior to the opening day as I have to work on that day which is very thoughtful. And Sam is happy to answer all the questions I had. The service after the purchase is very pleasant too, Sam’s assistance Mattie is very attentive and kind and professional. Strongly recommend Petrusma and working with Sam and Mattie.

We met Sam when we first landed in Australia and looked for a house. Now he helped us sell our house at an amazing price, which shows how professional and wise he is. And he always is genuine and instructive all the way through. It is a process of not only achieving our selling goal but also building a rapport with him. We appreciate him so much. Great job mate!

We knew from word of mouth that we wanted to sell our property through Tegan, without even meeting or speaking to her. I am so glad we trusted this because little did we know just how much we’d love her and how easy she would make the entire process seem. Tegan was constantly available, flexible with having to change things on our end, very tolerating of our toddler and doggy wiping their grub hands/paws on her and delivered results well above our expectations. Tegan is kind, determined and a really relatable person who is just honest, straight up and dedicated to her job and her clients. She’s a vibe and we really appreciate what she’s achieved for our family, the results she has achieved has put our family in a great position and enabled us to buy a home we adored from the first view. We’ve now been lucky enough to sell and buy our new property via her and I would 10/10 recommend Tegan to everyone and anyone.

Mike was genuine, professional and helpful in dealing with my property purchase. The property was purchased sight-unseen due to COVID travel restrictions, which was a first for me. Mike went out of his way to support me through the process, providing additional photos, liaising with the tenants and sellers, and provided a tour of the property once I was able to travel. His continued communication and support after contract exchange and settlement was very appreciated, and has made the entire transaction very seamless. Thanks.

I got incontact with Petrusma to do an appraisal on my property in North Hobart after toying with the idea of selling, I was swiftly contacted be Mattie to have a time organized for Sam to come out and have a chat. After the first meet I immediately knew Sam was the person fit for the task at hand. His knowledge, succesful sales history combined with a professional and positive no questions asked attitude made me quite at ease. Shortly after discussing the formalities the advertising, signage and viewings were sheduled and within a two week turn which I was away for work I arrived home to find my property was sold for a cracking price and absolutely no fuss what so ever. The proccess was so straight forward and well handled it was over before I thought it had even began. I am ever grateful for Sam and Matties efforts, for an age of such poor customer service they are a combination that others should aspire to. Thanks again.

Throughout the whole process selling our house Sam provided us with well considered advise to achieve the best price. His knowledge of the market helped us determine where to best spend our time and money getting our property ready for sale. Sam’s marketing strategy helped us attract a broad selection of buyers local and interstate. Sam was a pleasure to deal with when weighing up all the contracts on the table. Providing us with us insights into all the available options and in the end achieved a sale price that exceeded our expectations.

My partner and I recently dealt with Tegan regarding the purchase of our new home in Old Beach, Tasmania. Her knowledge of the local market was excellent and her interactions with us were timely, efficient and professional. On a personal note, Tegan was genuine and friendly - and made the entire experience a very pleasant one. We would highly recommend Tegan for both Vendors and Purchasers! She is a Superstar!
