I couldn't recommend Sam highly enough! Sam kept us informed throughout the whole process and did everything he could to get us the best possible price! At short notice, Sam organised for photos of the house to be done and got the selling process underway very quickly. We would use him again if needed!

Sam was warm, kind and genuine. We appreciated his regular communication and updates, his advice and his dedication to selling our home. We felt so supported and that our home was being respected and represented during the whole process- we are incredibly thankful to have had such a wonderful person to sell our home.

My experience with Tony was in fact fairly brief as I had already selected the property I wanted to look through the internet. However, when I initially called him to look at the property he was very helpful. I subsequently purchased the property and during that process he was very competent and business like and the sale went through smoothly. I am certainly able to recommend him.

Sam was very approachable and assisted with excellent advise with regards to independent inspections and the like. Although working for the client he also satisfied his due diligence notifying the purchaser of potential issues. Happy with the experience and follow-up was always timely.

Sam displayed great understanding of our circumstances to purchase our property. As we had missed out on a previous property, he kept us in mind as soon as another of similar type came up. Contacting us to arrange an inspection. Sam was at all times very friendly, answering our many questions with an obvious expertise. We found Sam, to be a pleasure to do business with, thus recommending him as an agent to sell / buy property.
