We would recommend Sam highly, because of he's knowledge and professionalism showed a great deal on how he used both of the above to sell house. We would strongly recommend him to selling or buying your house. Well done and thank you Sam from Clinton and Wendy

Sam sold our investment property in South Hobart 3 days after hitting the market. We were interstate throughout the whole process of selecting an agent and finalisation of the sale. The eventual sale price exceeded our expectations and was within the estimate Sam gave us following our initial interview with him and his assessment of the property. Would be very happy for Sam to sell another property again. Sam is a very energetic, motivated agent with a great ability to communicate and walk you through the whole process so there are no surprises along the way.

I couldn’t have been happier with the sale of the property. Sam was highly professional, accessible and obviously new how play buyers to get the best price. I was truly grateful to have him helping me during a fairly stressful time. I’d recommend Sam to anyone.

Sam was a very professional agent. He was understanding of time pressures for us as buyers and was very flexible. Even after we had our offer accepted Sam was willing to meet us and take us through the property on a Sunday so we could show family and measure up ahead of the move.

This is not the first time we have dealt with Mike and so obviously we have developed a trusting relationship. We listen to his professional advice, discuss all the various options and have acted to our mutual benefit. he has a warm and engaging manner, often will go back to do more research before finalising his arguments, is always punctual and reliable.

Sam was so professional and very supportive - my partner and I were first time home buyers without really knowing what to expect, with Sam’s guidance we felt safe and comfortable in the process of buying our home. We feel really lucky to have had Sam as our agent, he went above and beyond for us, he was happy for us to call him at any time if we needed any support with anything. Honestly look no further than Sam, he will be our first choice when it comes to future purchases or sales advice.
