We purchased our very first home from Tegan and could not have been more impressed with the service. From the inspection, to making the offer and communication through the whole process. Tegan was able to assist us with all facets of the buying process. We would certainly recommend Tegan to anyone looking to buy or sell property. She is an asset to Petrusma Property.

Sam Townes listened to me from the start . After advising him about when I would be ready to discuss and plan the sale he suggested that he leave me alone for 3 weeks then contact me. We did this and it suited me beautifully. His explanation of the marketing process was unambiguous , simple and clear. once ready for sale we proceeded fast and smooth. He then sold the house at a price that suited both myself and the buyer. A good result all round . Sam knows the market and I would recommend him to others.
