Sam provided full information about the property. The contract included basic title information and a building inspection report was available prior to making an offer so I could be comfortable that what I was offering to buy was in good condition. I felt comfortable dealing with Sam because he did not harass me with multiple offers to resubmit my bid or conduct a private bidding system with multiple parties who put offers in for the property. The system of making one offer and signing off on it made me comfortable that we were not being lied to or misled into increasing our bid.
