Unhappy with the agent’s recent handover of the property. The agent did not check the house properly before handing over the keys, many lights were not working, house was not clean as it should be. The house needed a lot of maintenance before someone can actually live there. I was shocked that the agent did not check these important things before and got them fixed. Most importantly the house lock was faulty. It took me a week to get everything fixed before we could start to live there. The response from the property manager was very slow, I had to chase them up again and again.

Alex from Petrusma was very efficient and helpful in organising new tenants for our unit in Lutana. When the preferred applicants withdrew she did not miss a step, with other excellent candidates being promptly presented. As a result the transition from departing tenants to the new ones will be nice and seamless. Alex and Meg have also been excellent at organising tradesmen for any issues that arise with maintenance.

We purchased this property from Petrusma and Lisa has been managing the property since we have leased it. Firstly, the property has not been vacant. They have been great at finding tenants. Communication has been great. They always respond when contacted. Inspections are regular and we always get a comprehensive report on the property. Lastly, they have been great when repairs or maintenance has been needed. Highly recommended.

We were referred to Zali and the Petrusma property management team through and friend and could not be happier with the service we have received. Within 5 days of contacting Zali, she had already arranged marketing and photos of the property, open homes and had multiple tenants applications sent through all with detailed history and information regarding each application.
