Lisa was excellent and very quick to get back to me with a property viewing time which best suited me, the process from me putting my application in to being approved was very quick and seamless and the communication through the process was excellent. I was very excited to finally move interstate into our new home, unfortunately the excitement left once I met our agent to get the keys. She was not personable and unfriendly. I had some questions for her in regards to our property where she looked at me as though I was asking stupid questions. She acted as if she did not have the time to walk me through anything. When I got to the property I understand that it had been sitting for weeks unattended however there was an expectation that the lawns and the house were revisited to make sure everything was still clean. Unfortunately this was not the case. I am not looking forward to the next 12 months as I feel she is going to be really hard to communicate with.
