We have found all our dealings with Petrusma property agents so far to be very friendly and helpful. My only issue was receiving both a rejection and congratulations on your success email on the same day regarding a rental property. However, this minor issue aside, we have no other complaints.

This is the second property I have rented through Petrusma. When I moved out of my last place, I specifically looked for another property through them because they are so great to work with. The staff are always friendly, polite, and professional. My property manager Kendall is wonderful. Petrusma staff are always quick to handle any query I may have and they make the lease signing process quick and easy. I would highly recommend Petrusma to anyone looking to rent or tenant their property.

I had a terrible experience with my first agent at Petrusma who didn't follow up properly on arrears and convinced me to allow the person to stay for a second year despite, as I found out later, the terrible state of the property. Being a first time landlord I really didn't have the experience to understand what was happening and the process that should have been taking place. That person left Petrusma and the agent who replaced her, I'm glad to say, really stepped up in getting this tenant evicted and in explaining the process to me. All in all, it was an extremely costly experience (not to mention heartbreaking to see the current state of my house), but I am happy with my current agent's management of the bad situation she inherited. I am appreciative that Petrusma stepped up to fix the issues, though I would perhaps advise people new to hiring property managers to look elsewhere.

We were not expecting to get much interest at the price that was set, but we followed Lisa's recommendation and someone offered to pay more than what was asked. Can't be happier with the result, it's a massive win, thanks to Lisa.
