I had never used an agent to handle a property b4, so all new to me. Could not be happier with how everything has been handled. We had a smooth and easy process applying for a rental with Petrusma. We were applying from a rural town in WA and it wasn't easy to get a place but each time I called the team at Petrusma they were positive and always happy to help us. Layla helped us with showing us the rental we got approved for in West Hobart. She was patient (sorry I forgot the first viewing ) and with every call she was happy to answer our questions, was bubbly and such a kind person.
