The Petrusma Team at Lindisfarne have been managing my two properties in new Norfolk for over two years. To be honest I cannot fault them. I am so grateful that I can relax up here in Qld knowing that my investments are in good hands. I have been under the care of three property managers now at Petrusma over that time and each has been exceptional in communication, management of new tenants, repairs and answering any questions promptly and courteously. I feel that they have my back and I trust their judgement.

Petrusma sorted out our rental property although we were not even in the state. Helpful agents who try to assist where possible. The property itself was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted. Even the initial inspection was very good and detailed. In general great dealing with this agency!

After few months searching for a little house to rent, we were pretty discouraged as we might never find any. I chatted to three agencies and Lisa Gifford at Petrusma was by far the best. She knew a lot about the local area and had good tips for displaying the property, tenancy selection, etc. Most importantly, she wasn't patronising and was warm and friendly, whilst confident of the market and the asking price.
