About Stella

Stella was drawn to the Property Management industry at the early of age of 18 years and 11 years later is proud to say that her passion has never been stronger! Throughout Stella’s career she has been fortunate enough to work in every type of role Property Management has to offer. This has shaped her to become a very enthusiastic change agent with a drive for excellence. With high energy and a down to earth personality, she prides herself on getting P&G’s clients the best possible outcome for their investment property. She achieves this with a strong focus on communication, accountability and managing each property as if it was her own. She is also a natural problem solver and keeps up to date on legislation as well as industry trends and product knowledge which is a great benefit when taking care of our clients most valuable asset. She takes her responsibilities to both renters and rental providers very seriously always delivers service that goes above and beyond. Stella was born and raised in North Queensland but has been a resident of Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs for the last 5 years and she could not see herself living anywhere else. In her spare time you will find Stella always travelling somewhere new, going on hikes or adventures with her family and her German Shepherd dog. For anything to do with the Management of your Investment Property, Stella is always eager to have a chat and help in anyway she can!

Nia understands the importance of being up to date on the current legislation and is constantly striving to provide accurate and informed information for all parties. Absolutely fantastic

After residing at the same rental property for almost a decade my husband and I found the process of finding a new rental property quite changed and very overwhelming. We encountered Stella Rose whilst in the midst of this crazy time. We found her very warm and inviting whilst viewing a property. Unfortunately at the time we thought the property did not suit all our needs. A couple of weeks later we were still looking (new to the rental market after a decade!). Looking online we found another of her properties that ticked all our boxes. After submitting our application and providing as much supporting information as we could Stella Rose was amazing. She walked us through the rest of the process with care and patience. The professionalism, efficiency and communication she showed was beyond amazing. Since moving in Stella has continued to provide us with exemplary service and support. We are so very grateful.

Professional service with great market knowledge and timely communication

I have been with P&G for two years. I am very impressed with their professionalism and the service they provide managing my property. P&G property manager, Kailey, recommend excellent market rates and got tenants in promptly. Not only does P&G thoroughly check tenant prior to rental, they provide additional advise if potential tenancy is going to be problematic. Kailey has also navigated the difficulties of a VCAT hearing despite previous property management poor advance notification. I cannot give anything but praise to all the property managers from P&G involved with looking after my property.
