He had great communication skill and always responded promptly to our questions. What we liked most about him is that he was pro-active and provided useful recommendations on leasing strategy. I've dealt with many real estates throughout my rental life, and i can honestly say that the response time and assistance provided by LJ Hooker, Hampton Park, has been excellent. Repairs are carried out quickly and the property manager always responds to emails or calls (without endless chasing, as is the case with other real estates). The house inspections are done in a respectful and friendly manner, and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this agency.
