I've previously had a leasing agent who was non-responsive and was flaky at times, but since taking over the management of my property, Kailey has always delivered. I have been to 3 or 4 different rental properties, and I can definitely say that I have the best experience with P&G Real Estate. Kailey Wilson is a master of her craft. She shows genuine concern to us and is always responsive to my texts, calls or emails. Unlike other previous agents before, Kailey still keep in touch with us in a very timely response. We were new to the property and had some issues with the gas and water and airconditioning. Some of those concerns we raised were not urgent but Kailey treat them with high importance. She managed to arrange 3 visits from plumber and gas. She even managed to persuade the owner to replace our airconditioning. It was replaced in a matter of days. We are really happy with Kailey that in the future once we acquire investment properties, we will reach out to her and P&G. Best customer service from a real estate agent by far.
