Good market knowledge Quick to advertise property on market Very professional in sorting out the right tenant I give three star for overall rating is because it was a bit slow to respond/act when I ask agent to assist for new blinds, property cleaning , new fences.. etc. I had to make contact and arrange my self. It only took less than a week for me to get the blinds completed, property cleaned and had a new fence , I was expected property manager can assist me as I work full time with my work. I also had to chase up to find out what had happened to the potential tenant.. it took longer than I thought to have the property rented. After property rented, maintenance and repair for property notified in timely manner, rental statement sent monthly, property inspected as per schedule and always keep me informed. Happy with the service.

We were looking for a local rental agent for our new built house to rent out. Stella was working in the area and after a couple of visits and phone calls we found her, and obviously the agency, quite responsive, quick, and helpful. The house was handed over to her while there was till some landscaping and other things were left and she helped us a lot to get it to renting condition. Stella is available to help all the time and has/is still helping us for sorting out issues in the rented house. No need to mention that renting out the house by her and her team was a hassle free job for us, being away from our house too.
