Profound expertise and caring customer service
I purchased a property from William at Nelson st, Ringwood recently. During the negotiation, I am impressed by his extensive knowledge of local market. I understand he represents vendors, but I can tell he has been caring and thoughtful for buyer’s needs as well. Although the negotiation drags along for weeks, William has shown great patience, empathy and professionalism which paves the way for our final deal.
