I title this review of Aaron as 'Extreme experience', as that is the experience we had with Aaron. From the onset, Aaron extremely impressed not only my wife and I as vendors, but every prospective purchaser we saw him interact with. His knowledge of the market and the local area, is extremely amazing, as is his extremely professional attitude and work ethic. However, at the end of the day, it was his extreme negotiating talents that we really needed. And we got. Sold at Auction, well above our reserverve. Aaron handled the sales of my property and throughout the process, he was extremely professional (punctual, presentable), had great insights of the market (selling strategies, timeframe, marketing proposals) and best of all, he is very responsible and approachable. Any questions or queries were replied almost instantaneously which really helped us in our decision making process. Aaron is a super negotiator and was able to close the deal beyond our expectations!
