Alex and his team do a great job helping prepare a property for sale and get it to market. His assistant Pru, is one of the most organised and professional people I’ve ever dealt with. They quickly establish buyers and get them to the property quickly. They really know the Bronte and Clovelly areas. Once engaged, Alex and team work very hard and keep you informed on sometimes a minute by minute basis. Would highly recommend.

Alex, had to work hard to get our listing, he was frank and honest through the whole process, confident in his views, on top of the current trends in the market and genuinely interested in our comments and concerns. The media has been very negative about the market but Alex could see through all of that. He delivered exactly what he said he would try and deliver. It’s easy to see why he is the best out there. We works incredibly hard for you and we have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. We will use him again.

Alex was totally focussed on the sale throughout - as if it was the only thing he had to do! The back of house support from Pru and the team was first rate, everything was done quickly, thoroughly and really well. They were a pleasure to deal with

We can’t rate Anthony Puntigam highly enough. He sold our Paddington Terrace in back in 2015. We were blown away by his enthusiasm, area knowledge and his ability to produce excellent results within a short time frame. We recently decided to sell our unit in Redfern earlier this month and we did not hesitate to engage Anthony’s services again for our apartment in Moore Park Gardens. Within 24 hours Anthony had a buyer and the deal was done within the week. Throughout the process Anthony kept us regularly updated and once again he did not fail to get us the best outcome possible. We were thrilled with the results he managed to achieve in this difficult market. Anthony lives & breathes real estate and his years of experience, established contacts & record sales are a testament to the outcomes he achieves. Thank you Anthony you did it again. Pauline & Andy

The most hands on agent I've come across! I was kept up-to-date at all times during the campaign by Alex personally. Alex has a friendly, and highly efficient back-office team, who provided assistance to us from the day that we signed the sales contract. Alex had his finger on the pulse throughout the campaign. I couldn't have expected more.

Alex and his team handled our sale well from start to finish, this included negotiating hard on a price we were happy with.

I have known Daniel for several years. Daniel has assisted me with selling a unit in Arden St Coogee and now the property in Coogee Bay Rd Randwick. Where do I start there is not another agent in Sydney that I would ever consider using only Daniel. Daniel's personality just makes you feel very at ease from the first time you meet. Daniel's knowledge, attention to detail, where nothing is every any trouble, Daniel just goes that further mile to assist in any way he can. Daniel also has such a bright and happy personality and impeccable manners. If you are thinking of selling a property and wish to achieve the very best results Daniel is the agent you need.

Christian lives and breathes property sales in the Eastern Suburbs, his honest and genuine approach and sheer enthusiasm was breath taking to meet and watch. The selling plan Christian presented in our initial presentation was executed with ease and to the day that he suggested a result would be obtained. The process was quick and the result excellent, given in the current difficult market. I would certainly recommend Christian to anyone selling, thank you.

Debbie and her team at PPD showed outstanding professionalism and support through an emotional process of selling our family home. There was always a high level of communication and no question was left unanswered. She achieved a great sales outcome and the house was sold prior to auction. I would highly recommend her to any vendors who are looking for an exceptional agent.
