Daniel previously led a successful campaign achieving a good result in selling a home unit for me in Randwick in 2016. I therefore had no hesitation in asking him to help conduct another sales campaign for a house in Bondi Junction recently, once again I have been satisfied he acted in the best interests of myself and the purchaser in achieving a good result. Also big thanks to the team at PPD :)

Wouldn’t hesitate to 100% recommend Christian. He delivered on everything he promised. This is the first time we’ve sold a property and Christian made it an easy and quick process. He’s honest, enthusiastic and incredibly passionate about what he does. These are some of the reasons why he stands out from other agents.

Daniel was referred to me and did a great job from the initial engagement through to selling our property above our expectations 2 weeks prior to the auction. He met every expectation - I can highly recommend Daniel and his team to anyone in the eastern suburbs with a quality property to sell.

My wife and I first noticed Sean over 2 years ago at an unrelated open house and we were impressed. He asked if he could keep in touch and that is what he did. He is persistent and shows genuine concern while providing informed feedback. We then engaged him 4 weeks ago to sell our apartment. Everything he promised was delivered. We have witnessed a relentless effort to achieve the outcome of getting the price we expected. I would have no hesitation in utilising Sean's services again and now see why he is the most successful agent in the Double Bay market.

Christian is very easy to deal with. He is knowledgeable but there's no nonsense, which is a welcome relief! He is professional, whilst providing a personal experience. Finally he is flexible & willing to help with queries before, during & after sale.

My wife and I recently asked for Christian West to help sell our property, realising that we were doing so in a softening market. Christian and his associate Stephanie Bartlett helped guide us through the process and the communication and professionalism that Christian and his support team displayed throughout was commendable. After less than 2 weeks on the market Christian secured a buyer at a price that exceeded our expectations. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Christian West to any of our family and friends looking to sell a property. Christian was always available when we needed him to be and he worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome for our family under the circumstances. We made a decision to chose Christian to sell our property over the local agent in the area and the final result is testimony that our instincts about Christian served us well.

My daughter purchased a unit marketed by Daniel. We were able to negotiate a sale and exchange contracts within two days of seeing the property. I liked Daniel's straight shooting, no nonsense approach.

Tristan was attentive, friendly and flexible. He was constantly keeping us up to date with the potential buyers for our property and what was a realistic expectation in the current property market. He was knowledgeable about the area and always available to answer any questions we or our prospective buyers had to ask.
