Alexander Phillips was a wonderful a agent who is a great communicator who along with his team kept us well informed of our properties progress throughout. I would highly recommend him to anyone who was wanting to sell their property.
Alexander Phillips
Alex Phillips is undoubtedly on of the best agents in the Eastern Suburbs. His market knowledge is second to none and his ability to close a deal is excellent. He is professional and goes above and beyond the call of duty. We would have no hesitatation in recommending him to any prospective seller.

Doreen and Paul were an excellent team to work with. Professional in every sense of the word. Took care of all the detail with a no fuss approach and handled the sale process with an open and honest approach that was spot on. We've sold a number of properties in the past and this was by far the best experience even in the face of a softening market.

Alex and the team at PPD were amazing, they kept us up to date with each and every potential buyer and gave us in depth feed back after every viewing, but most importantly they got us the price we wanted even in a softening market. I can't reccomend them highly enough! Thank you Guys, Jason & Shanne.

Plenty of messing around with the most interested buyer but eventually got kind of close to our sale price expectations.

Debbie Donnelley, Nick Quilkey and Sean Poche from PPDRE all worked with professionalism and enthusiasm to ensure that my property received maximum exposure during the sale campaign. Verbal communication and written reports kept me well informed and up to date with potential buyer's interest & comments at all times. With a difficult product (Company Title), they managed to get me a great outcome.

Cindy and I am extremely happy with Daniel selling our home. This is the second family home that Daniel has sold for us and I would strongly recommend him as a agent. Daniel and his team keep you up to date on progress and go above and beyond. Nothing is a problem and we have been very impressed and grateful. If you need a agent we would definitely recommend that you look him up.

Daniel could never be accused of being a lazy agent, he works hard to get the best price for your property and keep you informed throughout the entire process.

Daniel made our our purchasing experience really stress free and professional. You can tell you are dealing with the leading agency in the area. Very knowledgeable and always easy to get hold of. Thank you,

I highly recommend Alexander Phillips and his team at Phillips Pantzer Donnelley. They work together seamlessly to ensure vendors and buyers have all the information they need to ensure the sale proceeds smoothly. Alexander's communication with us was excellent and he and his team were skilled and resourceful at promoting our property and advocating on our behalf. Their advice was unerring and all the team demonstrated an impressive work ethic. Despite falls in the housing market Alexander achieved an excellent price for our property. In thirty years of buying and selling property I have never worked with such a professional, honest and dedicated team, and I strongly recommend them to both vendors and purchasers.
