Couldn't be happier with Sean, or our result!
We decided to list our 2 bed apartment in Double Bay with Sean after an extensive interview process that included proposals from 5 different agents. We put these agents through a pretty extensive grilling, and in fairness there are some fantastic agents in the eastern suburbs, but ultimately we were convinced that Sean was the right agent for our particular property and circumstance. - Sean knows how to develop rapport with buyers. He is highly individualized, confident and thorough with all his dealings. As a vendor, we were confident that Sean was sound in his dealings with all prospective buyers.
- Sean's marketing strategy was spot on, combined with his expensive buyer database, which lead to well over 100 unique inspections over the course of the campaign. Naturally, as a vendor this gave us confidence that we had reached the largest number of prospective buyers as possible.
