Christian was at all times professional, prompt and courteous. His advice was sound, his communication skills excellent. He always followed through and reported back after inspections and returned calls and emails promptly. I felt Christian was conscientious and energetic in selling the property and gave good advice during negotiations. Very happy to recommend him.

Debbie, Nick and her team handled the sale of my investment apartment in the utmost professional manner. The team excels in ongoing realistic and effective communication, thorough reports after each open with backgrounders on prospective buyers coming through the door. Most importantly the team understands the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and always put the interest of the buyers first. A smooth, pleasant and low fuss experience. Debbie is on top of the game.

Jason worked hard in negotiating an outcome that was satisfactory for all parties involved. He was extremely open and transparent and has really helped to make the buying process as straightforward as possible. We would highly recommend anybody looking to buy in the Woollahra area to work with Jason.

Recommended to us by a friend, Daniel was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate. He and Janae were a pleasure to deal with.

I am totally satisfied with the manner in which Anthony Puntigham acted in the sale of TWO properties at Maroubra for me. He walked me through the full process of preparing the Unit ie clearing, cleaning and 'dressing' so as to achieve maximum result and when the final negotiations were taking place with the purchasers he certainly shone through. We are 100% happy with the result.

Sometimes you get the overly polished real estate agent that feeds you a scripted sales line that can turn you away. Anthony was the opposite -refreshingly engaging, upfront and honest. He made the extra effort to help facilitate a seamless late out of hours purchase.

This is the 2nd time Christian has acted as agent for us. First he was able to do a good job in selling the property of my husband. On this occasion he sold my property. We have previously provided a review which was very favourable to Christian and everything about what he did this time confirms our opinion of him.
