Wow - what a great decision it was to put Daniel in charge of selling our Kingsford property. I was referred to Christian by a builder carrying out work replacing the deck on my house. For the first time I met Christian I was impressed. He brought to the first meeting one of the principals of the firm, the Christian did virtually all the legwork from what I could see. From the time that we formally engaged PPD until exchange was less than 14 days. The property was not even formally advertised but PPD seem to find buyers from its database and Christian worked through those that were interested and expeditiously brought about an exchange at a price we were satisfied with.
