From the very beginning Christian and his team brought professionalism and a hungry attitude. His constant and open communication with me during our campaign was perfect. He left no stone unturned. His honest approach and genuine love for what he does are the reason he is the only agent I would deal with. He is second to none.

Genuine and Honest are two descriptors not usually associated with real estate agents, but Christian West is both. He is industrious and hard working, ensuring that you are kept up to date with information on prospective purchasers, market activity, whilst retaining a positive and calm demeanor throughout, even when perhaps as a vendor you do not! I would definitely recommend Christian as an agent who will perform for you - nothing is too much trouble and he has a genuine interest in the outcome for the vendor.

Sean's strategy and approach to my property worked to plan. From list to sell, he was all over it, handling all aspects of the sale. He was very easy to deal with, understood the game plan, urgency and acted in my best interest at all time. It was a pleasure dealing with him and would be happy to transact with him again the future. Thanks again Sean.

I bought my current home through Anthony about 8 years ago and he’s now just sold another property for me. Anthony is the most committed and focused agent I’ve worked with. He delivered a sale at full asking price in just one week without having to go to market. You can’t ask for more than that.

Doreen was pleasant, responsive and displayed great integrity throughout the inspection and offer process. She was happy to show us through the property outside of the scheduled inspections and we felt she had a genuine interest in all parties being happy with the outcome. She was a pleasure to deal with.

We sold our property through PPD and were absolutely delighted with the auction results. More importantly with many of the peripheral matters that arouse well prior to the auction, their expert assistance, support, advice and guidance were first rate. That to us was the major benefit of their professionalism and expertise. Nothing was too much trouble and and they were able to provide the solutions to solve all our problems. Highly recommended - absolutely!!

Doreen I am still smiling! Thank you so much for adapting your sale experience to suit my situation. To have a combination of your experience, professionalism and compassion has now led me to owning my first ever home. I along with my children are truly grateful for your understanding of our unique situation and you demonstrating empathy in understanding how complicated things were on my side made things so much easier for us. Thank you for working alongside myself and my team, we are naming our house purely based on the sale place, timing and meaning - The Duke!!! Jo xxxxx

We chose Sean because he was open, upfront and clearly knew what he was doing. Our trust was well placed and we’d sold within a week of going to market. Thanks, Sean for a hassle free, successful sale.

My partner and I looked at countless properties and experienced many agents before purchasing from Daniel Cachia. Daniel is the stand out real estate agent. Daniel was warm and friendly from the outset, immediately enabling us to feel at ease. Daniel went out of his way to make us comfortable whilst meeting every request he could. Buying property is stressful to say the least and Daniel provided sound advice as he guided us through the process. Into the future, if we need to sell or purchase property, we would have no hesitation in engaging Daniel. Lydia Waters and Lachlan Godfrey
