Was a fast transition from posting the property so was happy with the outcome. Perhaps a little more detail could have been provided around “add on” costs eg the cleaning but overall happy In selling another property I’d use Alex again

We decided to engage Daniel to sell our property because he kept in touch with us patiently over the last three years and never pressured us once. During the campaign, Daniel was always available to us, and willing to take our lead on how we wanted to proceed. He knows the local area very well, and we were pleased with his professionalism. We would recommend him without hesitation.

Alex was professional at all times. He kept in constant communication with regard to the sale of our home. By following his advice on how to prepare our home for sale we had a very rewarding result. I would have no hesitation recommending him .
