Plain and simple - Alex get's the job done! We didn't initially work with PPDRE due to wanting a 'nicer' experience - however we didn't get a result through our initially agent - and while not sure exactly why, the lack of real feedback & productivity became extremely frustrating - and made us recognise that we were paying an agent to sell the house, not be nice to us.
