My husband and I could not recommend Alex highly enough. His market knowledge is second to none, he works harder than anyone I have ever met and is a pleasure to deal with. No request is too big and he makes himself available at any time of the day. We were so happy with the result and thank him for his service, energy and dedication across the campaign.

Alexander has great negotiation skills, superior local knowledge and a stellar set of contacts. At every step of the way to a really successful sale, Alex kept me right in the loop - he is a superior communicator. Another key to his success is the formidable team who handled every little detail of preparing and presenting my home. I recommend them all.

Our only complaint with Alex was that we fell a long way short on the price he had advised was achievable - $3.05m vs a guidance of $3.3-3.6m. It became clear from the outset of the campaign that the expectation was set too high, and ultimately led to us having to make a very time pressured decision on the only reasonable offer we got on the table. Aside from that issue - Alex is an extremely hard-working professional, and made a big commitment to keep us informed and to be available to us. i was impressed that he remained our point of contact throughout rather than delegating to one of his team. His personal brand and the agency are very strong and well-regarded in our neighbourhood, bringing a lot of credibility and scale of potential buyers. While we didn't get the price we were told to expect, I'm confident Alex got enough people through and got the best price we could from the market at that point.

I am very pleased I appointed Doreen in the selling of my home. She was exactly the same from the sales pitch till the end of the sale, what you see is what you get. Doreen was great with her communication keeping me updated at all stages of the inspections and interested buyers and although I know she had other properties to manage I always was made to feel like I was the most important sale to her. I feel like she treated my property as if it were her own and gave it all she had. Im very happy with the result and wouldnt hesitate to recommending her to anyone looking to sell in the area. The other thing I love - is she is a local born and bred.

Great experience from our first meeting to the sale of the property as well as great post sale experience. We were well informed throughout the whole campaign and never felt pressured. We felt that we achieved great results and would be more than happy to recommend Kenji as reliable and trustworthy agent.

Debbie and her team were knowledgeable of the market and committed to achieving the best result for the sale. We had constant communication across the campaign and while it was a nervous few weeks, the team got the result I wanted. They exhibited great negotiation skills and were passionate about delivering the result as a win-win for both myself and the eventual buyer. Highly recommend them!

Daniel was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Daniel represented himself professionally at all times and communicated with me through the entire process which gave me an extra level of comfort knowing I'm in good hands. His reports after each open house were detailed down to names and their needs and feedback. Daniel acted honestly and promptly throughout. Would highly recommend his service to family and friends.
