It's a pleasure to write this review for Sean Poche and Nathan Ryland for many reasons After having my property on the market for ten weeks and not selling I was not impressed I researched 8 agents and my pick was Sean Poche I met with Sean before signing with him 5 times and at no point was he pushy or did I ever feel Foreced into a decision. I was immediately impressed !!! He knows the market in Double Bay inside out and has the network to support your sale Sean constantly does what he says and his communication to me on aspects of my sale we're faultless It's the one agency that shares all there leads and work as a team under the one roof and that's so important for success He is a great guy with integrity and class I'm very happy with my sale and would recommend him to anyone who is only interested in signing with the best and wants the job done I would have no hesitation to sign with him again

Divesting of property can have many challenges in dealing with potential purchasers, strata issues and scheduling visitations. My wife and I are extremely happy with the way Doreen handled the sale of 12 Warwick Ave, Cammeray. We both highly recommend Doreen's services. Although Doreen wasn't a local agent in Cammeray, we believe her approach was fair for both the owner and buyer. In the past, we haven't had the best experience with real estate agents, but in this case we couldn't recommend Doreen enough. Jason made our Sale a positive experience. We were juggling open inspections with three young children but from the outset Jason's incredible team took the pressure off us. They coordinated various tradespeople to do small jobs to have our house looking its very best!
