I highly recommend Alex Phillips if you are selling, though his success speaks for itself. He and his team are highly efficient and make the process of selling as easy as possible. Most importantly they work hard as a team, for you to achieve the best result. I’m really happy that I used PPD.

As an agent myself who works out of the area, i didn't even bother calling in other local agents when it came time to sell. In a tough market where surrounding properties were passing in, Alex got the deal done on our house pre auction. Excellent communication always let us know where we stood. I have referred Alex in the past and will do so again.

My husband and I met Charlie several years ago looking for a property to buy. He continually rang me on new property's that came onto the market and he would let me know what had sold in the area. I knew when we were to sell our house I would use Charlie as he was dedicated to finding the right buyers. As a vendor he would ring us straight after the open house to let us know what was happening and were always well informed throughout the campaign. Charlie negotiated a great price for our house even in a tricky market. John and I wouldn't hesitate to use Charlie again. Karen and John

Daniel is the most professional, honest and genuine real estate agent we have ever met!! We commend him on his high ethics and sincerity to his work. The energy he and his team delivered in selling our property was refreshingly outstanding. Thank you again Daniel :)
Daniel Cachia
Daniel and the team provided us with a very professional service that I would recommend to anyone needing to sell their property. The whole process was worry free as they are able to provide a full service. We received a detailed report every Monday which kept us informed of any activity. We sold our apartment before the auction at a very good price. I am looking forward to dealing with the team again when we buy our next property.

I can strongly recommend Daniel Cachia as a real estate agent . Daniel and the PPD team have recently sold my parents in law’s house(John and Norma Black) in Randwick in about 3 weeks and well before auction. Daniel was professional in all our dealings with him throughout the process and a pleasure to deal with. He communicated well and kept us up to date at all stages and utilized the resources and database of PPD to maximize the exposure for the property.

Tristan was very polite, courteous and outstanding in every way.

Our dealings with Daniel was nothing short of an absolute pleasure. His complete transparency through-out the whole process made every single step far too easy and truly stress-free. Always very professional and well polished, he was always available and nothing was ever too hard. Furthermore, Daniel went over-and-above to help us achieve a price for our home that made us very happy.

In 40 years of buying and selling properties this was our best experience ever. The team worked seamlessly to prepare and present the property. We were kept informed and consulted every step of the way. If team members said they’d call us back, they did. If we wanted something changed, it was. Jason and his team’s professionalism gave us the confidence to just sit back and let the process evolve. Jason’s negotiating skills are second to none and he kept us continually updated. We would highly recommend Jason and his team.
