Doreen and her team were fabulous and achieved a fantastic result for our property. She was extremely professional but very warm also and she made the whole process a breeze. We would highly recommend her to anyone and will definitely use her services again in the future. Thanks again Doreen!

Just a quick note to say that Alex, Pru & team did a brilliant job handling the sale of my Fathers apartment. The sensitive issues around our particular circumstances were handled with 'kid gloves' by Pru while Alex and the sales team sprang into action! Preparing the apartment for sale - removal of shelving & cleaning out etc - were handled seamlessly & quickly. I was always kept informed about the progress of interest shown & negotiations of sale. The team was: warm & friendly, professional & efficient, knowledgeable & informative, prompt & reliable. I would recommend Alex, Pru & team unreservedly.

Debbie and her team provided us with a very professional service that I would recommend to anyone needing to sell their property. The whole process was worry free as they are able to provide a full service if required. We received a detailed report every Monday which kept us informed and we sold our apartment before the auction at a very good price. I am looking forward to dealing with the team again when we buy our next property.

From our first meeting with Daniel he came across as a highly motivated and honest professional. He was always available if we needed to discuss any issue and always kept us updated through both verbal and written reports. He provided expert advice at all times through every aspect of the sales process and his knowledge of the area and the buyers ultimately lead to a record sale price being achieved for our family home. Daniel and the PPD team have a formula the works and we have no hesitation in recommending them and we would definitely engage them again in the future

Doreen sold my first property in the Eastern Suburbs 3 years ago, negotiating a sale price that was beyond my expectation prior to auction. When I had another property to sell in Cammeray recently, I had no hesitation but to engage Doreen again. She managed various contractors to give the property a face lift prior to viewing, including painting, gardening and styling which were all completed efficiently and cost effectively. The feedback from interested buyers was amazing, and the property sold prior to auction (after only the second viewing) for a price that I am extremely happy with. Doreen is a true professional, a pleasure to work with, and the best in the business! She is my Real Estate Agent of choice.
