Pru is always there to keep process running in preparation for the open, coordinating stylists, gardeners, painters, even rubbish removal... you need it, she knows someone. Gavin is very engaging and thorough the sale process and nothing is too hard for him, keeping you update around access and open days. Alexander not only knows the market, he owns it..... he sets realistic expectations and strive to exceed them, having work with Alexander on both the buy and sell side, cannot highly recommend him enough!
