There is no doubt Alex Phillips is the best real estate agent in Australia. He is the most dedicated, persistent and most eloquent communicator in the business. His negotiation skills are second to none. Alex is honest, direct and has the best local knowledge to guarantee the best result for your property. His team is friendly and effective and his PA Pru is highly efficient and a great communicator. If you want to sell your house and get the best price I cannot recommend Alex and his team highly enough. I have used Alex many times in the last 10 years to sell my properties and will continue to do so. He is the GUN and there is no one better in the business.

Our brief was simple - we needed someone who could deliver a strong result without much fuss & fanfare. We engaged Anthony based on a recommendation from a recognised property industry stalwart. Anthony proved to be a very solid performer indeed - he exceeded our price expectations and executed a sale prior to auction.

Selling a house is a big decision for anyone. For Blake and I, it was no different. Were we making the right decision? Would we get a good price? Would our real estate agent pressure us? We could not be more delighted with our experience working with Anthony, Justine and the PPD team. Anthony was professional, transparent and an absolute go getter from the very beginning. We loved his energy. Anthony and Justine added value in styling the house, preparing for open houses and also in the negotiations. Blake and I are 100% happy with the result. We will be recommending Anthony & Justine to our friends in the market. Thanks again Anthony and Justine. Leah and Blake.

Buying a house can be very stressful, particularly when you've missed out a few times. Anthony helped with the process and showed a true understanding of what it was like to be on our side of the fence, which is something you don't always come across with real estate agents. We definitely recommend him.

I have had several transactions with Alex and always been impressed, this last trade was a little more complex but he was again excellent.

Alex, David Tyrell, Gavin Lewis and Pru Kelly provided a very professional approach to the sale of our unit. The feedback was both very prompt and very informative. Pru was excellent in obtaining quotations, contacting the service providers and ensuring the work was completed to a high standard. This all led to a very successful sale and 2 happy vendors. I will definitely be referring Alex and his team to my friends, work associates and clients.

Alex Phillips and his team are the ultimate professionals in the real estate industry. We've bought and sold with Alex a number of times over recent years and every time the same thing has him standing head and shoulders above his peers - he is obsessive about real estate and everything it encompasses! His market knowledge and networking ability are extensive and rooted deeply in experience from the sheer volume of sales he and his team is able to manage year in and year out. Alex has cleverly surrounded himself with a team whose work ethic is as strong and unwavering as his own, which means that no matter who you're dealing with on that team, your experience is the same - high levels of honest and detailed communications, extreme professionalism and the ability to quickly and seamlessly negotiate through any scenario thrown at them. I could not recommend Alex and his team - Gavin, Christian, Kenji, Pru, and Theo - more highly. Selling with anyone else in the Eastern Suburbs would be a mistake!

I wouldn't look further than Philips Pantzer Donnoly for Sydney eastern suburbs. I found Anthony and his team very hard working, knowledgeable, trustworthy and cannot reccomend strong enough. Even after being passed in at auction Anthony worked tirelessly to later sell 2 months later. I'll be using them in the future and so should you!

Alex was fantastic. The timeline moved very quickly for us from the decision to moving and then the house being sold - with Christmas and NY in between so we had to have an agent that could get us the most exposure and quickly.! Thats why we chose Alex @ PPD. The whole team were great, very professional and kept us in the loop the whole way along. Had over 70 groups through over only 4 opens - sold in 13 days. Thanks so much Alex. From Priscilla & Nick.

Tristan was jovial and approachable throughout the process of buying our first home. He was the consummate professional, but was relaxed and easy going enough for us to always feel welcome to ask questions. He helped us find the right place, and his communication was impeccable.
