Alex, Pru and his amazing team are the best real agents I have have ever engaged to sell property. The team of tradespeople Pru has quick access to, ensured my property looked its best and took the pressure off me. Pru is such a professional, warm and pleasant person to deal with and I appreciate all her hard work. Alex kept me continually up-to-date on the sale progress and his incredible negotiation skills resulted in a fantastic outcome. I am so glad I chose Alex and his extremely competent team to sell my property and have recommended to all my friends to only choose Alex and Pru if they are considering either selling their property or looking to purchase.

I was looking for a property close to where we currently live for the children. Looked at a number of properties before asking Anthony for any recommendations, based on his intimate knowledge of what like and commitment once I have decided of a property, he worked with the vendor and I to get a win-win situation. I would recommend Anthony for anyone who wished to sell and wanted an agent with a good knowledge of the market and who is a serious buyer.

This is the second property that Jason has sold on my family's behalf. Both times the units sold before auction after short sharp campaigns. He and his team put a great deal of effort in getting the best price. He cuts to the chase and doesn't waste time. He mines every expression of interest from prospective buyers. But he also listens, communicates clearly and answers questions. He works with a good stylist, Meredith from in2place. Next time we have any real estate business I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jason again.

Before my house sale I thought real estate agents were overpaid for what they did. Not anymore! Doreen works 6 days a week, and I'm sure on Sunday's too prepares for the week ahead. Doreen called me at each workday's end to update me as to enquiries, prospective buyers and an assessment of how the sales campaign was travelling. Doreen decided to have the auction date brought forward as she said the property was hot and she was right . She managed to get 6 firm bidders to the auction and my property was sold for more than 300k over the reserve . I couldn't have been any more satisfied with the service Doreen provided. I would recommend her to anyone looking to achieve the best possible price for their property. Also Doreen is very personable and easy to talk with which made the whole process as stress free as possible. Thanks Doreen, you're the best!
