Alex and the team helped prep and did a bang up job marketing and selling our house in Tamarama. I am so grateful for their hard work and focus on getting us the result we were looking for. Wouldn't hesitate to work with him and his team again.

Alexander Phillips assisted my partner and I in the sale of our Bronte home in 2015. Alex understands the market and in 2015 certainly was the market leading sales agent in Bronte. Alex communicates regularly and clearly. He is well supported by an efficient team and this team deserve credit for attending with Alex to the presentation detail that supported maximising the sale price achieved for our home. As a professional within the real estate industry, I believe I"m well placed to provide this reference and based upon my dealings with Alex, I have not hesitation in endorsing his expertise.

Sean is the off market specialist. Sold our place in less than 2 weeks from meeting him. He's the man.

Doreen sold our Mothers home in Pagewood and made what could have been a very stressful process, easy and straightforward. She worked with amazing efficiency and speed to secure tradesmen in order to prepare the property for sale in less than a week. Her experience and expertise were evident in her marketing approach which resulted in a very successful sales campaign. It generated and enormous amount of interest and achieved a great result with the property sold prior to Auction. Doreen is a great communicator and we were provided with feedback every step of the way. She is confident, genuine and willing to go the extra mile to secure the best possible result. Her enthusiasm, great sense of humour and down to earth approach made her an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I have recently had the pleasure of selling my apartment with Sean Poche from PPD. Sean is an exceptional agent. He maintained throughout the campaign a strong sense of professionalism, dedication, determination and an unstoppable energy. I found him extremely calming through what is a well-known stressful period. He has a uniquely honest approach when relaying vital information and tended to your queries and concerns every step of the way. Communication is Sean’s strong suit. He appears to form a close bond not only with the vendor but also with the prospective buyers due to his approachable yet ambitious nature. Sean achieved an amazing price for our apartment. Through his tenacity he raised the bar by securing a result that boasted $205, 000 above our reserve. This is a record price not only for my block but the surrounding area. I would highly recommend Sean to any prospective client and I know that he has a strong future in real estate. I wish him a long and successful career. Vanessa Couch

I recently sold my house through Debbie and couldn't believe how quick and easy and stress-free the process was! I knew from the beginning that I was in good hands - Debbie is friendly and personal, while at the same time being professional and knowledgeable. She was an excellent communicator and negotiated a fantastic price on my property in a short amount of time. Her team was equally impressive and I felt 100% confident selling my home through them. I would highly recommend Debbie and her team.

Anthony was very efficient in getting my property on the market, following up prospective purchasers, and negotiating a great result on my behalf. Anthony is a straight shooter, with excellent communication skills and kept me well informed of all the steps in the process. I would have no hesitation using Anthony's services again.

Jason was referred to me by 2 friends who are experienced real estate buyers and home developers. They were right. I'm living in the UK and needed to sell my property in Sydney, Jason, and his team, emphasized just how bad the UK property buy/sell process is through their own absolute efficiency and effectiveness. My property sold in just over 5 weeks, pre auction, from go to exchange. Jason has great connections with Solicitors and furniture stagers and worked well with my Managing agent RUN. Ultimately...he achieved a great price for me, and I think I had a better outcome by using Jason and his team. Recommended.
