I have been in the market for a new investment property in Randwick for the last 6 months before I purchased the unit at William Street. I have had to withdraw my offer in 2 occasions due to poor real estate agents management of the sale process which were unethical in my opinion. With PPD, Daniel and Renee, it was a completely different story. They were extremely helpful and professional at all times to provide me all the information required : strata reports, contract, liaising with the vendor’s solicitor to make changes to the contract etc. The entire process was of the highest professional standard.
