Doreen's professionalism as a sales agent is of the highest standard. She managed to sell our house in the shortest possible time. Doreen always shared the feedback from prospective buyers after the property inspections which made us more confident in her marketing strategies and negotiation skills. Her advice on the purchase of our new house was invaluable. We highly recommend Doreen Wilson as a sales agent. .

When we decided to sell our investment property we interviewed several agents and were immediately impressed with Debbie. Her market knowledge and understanding of the Waverley area stood head an shoulders above the rest and gave us great comfort that Debbie and her team could deliver on the sale of our property. Debbie put together an outstanding marketing strategy in a very short space of time and together with her amazing team of young professionals went above and beyond to implement it in record time. All through the sales process Debbie and her team kept us informed with regular progress reports, they were honest and upfront with how the campaign was progressing and adapted to market conditions to maximise interest and find buyers for our unit. This gave us enormous confidence that we made the right decision to have Debbie looking after the sale of our unit and we were safe hands. But Debbie didn't stop there, she left the best for last, Debbie's years of experience shone through when it came to her negotiating skills. She not only found the right buyer she achieved an excellent result for our property. We are very pleased we chose Debbie and the PPD team, I doubt we would have achieved the result we did if we used another agent. We have no hesitation in recommending Debbie Donnelley as an outstanding agent that goes the extra mile.

Anthony handled the sale of our property, and we found him to be very professional at all times. During the marketing campaign Anthony was very thorough in his approach and proactive in his communication with buyers. He was excellent in the negotiation phase of the sale, and kept us informed continually.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Daniel Cachia and Renee Vaysman for the unmatched customer service provided during the recent sale of my home. Making the decision to sell your home is often emotional and somewhat stressful. Daniel and Renee were warm, professional and provided a no-nonsense approach during the entire process. You were personally available around the clock during the sale and to my surprise, continue to check in some 12 months later. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured, nor did I feel like another ‘transaction’ for PPD. I have and will continue to recommend Danial Cachia to anyone thinking about selling their home.

Sean has been a pleasure to deal with in the sale of our apartment from start to finish. He is always very responsive, polite and extremely thorough. He is clearly passionate about what he does and leaves no stone unturned to go the extra mile for his vendors. We were thoroughly impressed by his enthusiasm and professionalism. He achieved a great price for us, in record time. We went with all his recommendations, including a stylist to groom our home and were really thrilled with the outcome. We would definitely engage Sean again.

I met Daniel quite a while ago & since then he's been an excellent consultant in our search for a new home keeping me informed with local sales, fluctuating market conditions and buyer interest. It was Daniel who introduced us to the house we ended up buying. Throughout the negotiation process he was always polite and respectful of our limits. His ever enthusiastic and diligent approach gives me no hesitation in recommending him as an agent and PPD generally who have blitzed the competition in the already ultra competitive Eastern Suburbs property market through their relentless determination to sell high volumes of real estate which they achieve through their collaborative approach and ultra efficient service.
