We had never sold a house in Australia before so were on a steep learning curve. Jason helped us to understand the process, and listened to our perspective really well. He explained what we needed to do to prepare the house for sale, including detailing the inspections required, and introducing us to a firm skilled in making the house look its best for sale. He recommended a law firm. He answered messages promptly. He set realistic expectations of an achievable sales price because he understood the local market very well; when it came to the pre-auction negotiation process he was pro-active, informative and skilled, and gave us wise advice. We have both bought and sold properties through Daniel and we could not be more satisfied with the results. We first met Daniel at an open house that ended up not meeting our needs. However we described what we were looking for and over the next six months or so Daniel kept in contact with suggestions, leads and just general updates in regard to our target market. He eventually found us what we'd been looking for, organised a private viewing and worked with us to get the outcome we needed.
