Doreen was recommended to us by a friend. We were looking for an agent we could trust to sell our property for the best price, and someone who would listen to us when we told her how we wanted to sell. Doreen is a professional who has expert knowledge of the Sydney property market, plus she is warm and very client focused. She helped us achieve the sale we wanted, we would not hesitate to recommend her. Leonie and Steve

Doreen and Will sold my house at 2/39 Church St Randwick. Their professional advice and friendly approach were exceptional. All comments and impressions of prospective buyers were communicated to me after every inspection. This allowed me to feel confident and relaxed throughout the entire process, and minimised the stress that always accompanies such a big decision as selling a property. I felt able to trust them because they made me feel like good friends taking care of me. I would highly recommend Doreen and Will to anyone wishing to sell their property. Duda

Jason and his team were extremely easy to work with on the sale of our unit. Once the unit was on the market is was sold in under a week, all communications during the process were professional and non stressful. I would use the Pantzer team again for either selling or buying a property.

Our unit was on the market for just over ten days before it was sold for a price that exceeded our expectations. Jason was always professional, responsive and on the ball. He was extremely proactive in following up potential buyers and the final negotiations were very quick and seamless. We have no hesitation in recommending Jason to any prospective sellers.

We had never sold a house in Australia before so were on a steep learning curve. Jason helped us to understand the process, and listened to our perspective really well. He explained what we needed to do to prepare the house for sale, including detailing the inspections required, and introducing us to a firm skilled in making the house look its best for sale. He recommended a law firm. He answered messages promptly. He set realistic expectations of an achievable sales price because he understood the local market very well; when it came to the pre-auction negotiation process he was pro-active, informative and skilled, and gave us wise advice. In short, we think Jason, supported by the team at PPD, gave us great service and achieved an excellent result for us. This is a strong personal recommendation.
