We have had Doreen's team at PPDRE manage our 2 properties in Sydney for many years, culminating in the sale of both properties at different times. I have always found Doreen and her team to be very responsive, always ahead of the curve which when managing these matters from a distance ( we live in Hong Kong) is very very important.

My first experience selling a home was a positive one thanks to Tristan. We sold off market and thanks to Tristan's network, knowledge and expertise, we couldn't be happier with the final price. Tristan communicates well, is friendly, always available and cheers for you at all stages of the process. I would highly recommend Tristan if you want a positive experience and a great outcome!

Tristan was professional, personable, accomodating and transparent throughout the process of buying our new home. Tristan, Brandon, and the team at PPD were a pleasure to work with, and my partner and I would happily buy from them again.

He has been in the industry for a significant time and knows his craft inside and out.. To summarize, simply trust him and his strategy. He won’t disappoint.

This was our second experience working with Tristan. He quickly initiated a strong marketing programme, had our property on the market without any delay and always kept us informed and up to date during this process. Tristan was extremely diligent and professional at all times and secured a fantastic sale result prior to auction. I would definitely recommend Tristan to anyone considering selling a property.

Tristan was very helpful and made my purchase as pleasant as possible.

Working with Tristan was an absolute pleasure. Not only was he professional, helpful, and highly responsive, he was extremely preceptive to our needs as first home buyers. He was understanding of all of our concerns and wasn't at all pushy when it came to making the final decision. He gave us the time and space we needed to think about our options, but was there a the drop of a hat to answer any questions we had. On top of that, he's just a super nice guy and was genuinely happy for us when we closed the deal. We came away from the experience feeling very positive and excited about the purchase.

Tristan helped me sell a property in the area off-market twelve years ago. The experience was so smooth I reached out to Tristan again. Within two weeks, Tristan achieved another successful result. Despite the property being tenanted with restricted access, Tristan still managed to conduct viewings to suit interested buyers. Nothing deterred him. He took setbacks in his stride and overcame them with flair. Throughout the whole process, he was focused, dependable and went above and beyond to facilitate the sale. Thank you Tristan. I wish you all the best and look forward to seeing your continued success.
