I would highly recommend Doreen as an agent. She gave exceptional service and was efficient in negotiating the best outcome for the vendor and myself in a very effective way. I would definitely refer to Doreen for any real estate sales and purchases in the future.

Rightly so, Tristan had the vendor's interest at the forefront of his dealings in the sale to us, but nonetheless, he exhibited a high degree of professionalism and transparency towards us as the buyer during pre-auction negotiations. I would not hesitate to deal with him again in the future.

Doreen brought class, fun & expertise to what otherwise could have been an anxious process. Doreen communicated with great clarity. I felt in the right hands from the very first moment to the last. Doreen found the exact right approach and timing and monitored all steps like a hawk. Her expertise could be felt all along the way and was demonstrated in her projections becoming reality along the way. Great thanks to a process guided with expertise, a great dose of fun and with class!!

Tristan was professional throughout the sale process, from initial engagement (months before our property was listed), all the way to finalising the contract, with the figure exceeding our expectation. Tristan was available at any time of day, and was responsive - we felt well-taken care of, and can entrust Tristan's judgement and ability to navigate for a successful outcome. We're happy to have had Tristan on this sale, and can wholeheartedly recommend Tristan and team to any potential clients.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tristan Oddi from PPD Real Estate, while I was looking for an apartment in the Kensington area. From start to finish, Tristan demonstrated professionalism. It was nice to see that although I arrived early, Tristan was ready to show the unit. He had considered the amount of natural sunlight that shone through the apartment and didn’t turn on all the lights. This highlighted how bright the unit was. The sunroom was big enough to be used as an extra bedroom, yet it advertised as a study. These days, this type of honesty is hard to find. Tristan’s, was upfront and clear about expectations and was transparent at every step of the way once our offer was put in. He responded timeously, wasn’t pushy and was up front about the process. It was a good experience working with him, and he was professional at all times. For us, the process went quite quickly but it ended up going past business hours and Tristan did not skip a beat working with both sides to ensure a win-win situation for both parties.

I engaged Daniel to sell my unit off market. From the first meeting Daniel put my mind at ease over the sale. He is a great communicator with a very positive attitude. He also has strong knowledge of the market. I would recommend Daniel and Bailey to any prospective seller.

Tristan proved himself to be an enthusiastic agent who helped present the property well and made every effort to secure the right buyer at the right price. He always kept us up to date on progress during the sales campaign, responded quickly to enquiries and delivered a great result.

If you are looking for an agent that you can count on, someone that you can trust will do everything possible to get you the result you are looking for, look no further than Daniel and his team. From the outset Daniel gave us a clear outline on what was happening in the market and clear expectations as to where our property was situated. He didn’t over promise, he rather gave us realistic advice and proposed a strategy that was tailored to our circumstances and goals. He worked hard to bring his network of buyers, database and local knowledge together to achieve a result that we could only dream of which has now helped us on our next purchase. You can count on Daniel and his team to create a hassle free process, in what can be a stressful time. If you are looking to sell your home or property, Daniel should be at the top of your list.

Nobody I know works harder than Chris or holds more local knowledge or enthusiasm. Chris has sold two of my properties and there isn't anybody I’d trust more than him. He is caring and empathetic. My last property I had owned for 24 years, it was an emotional roller coaster with a happy outcome ~ thank you Chris.
