I first met Daniel when I purchased my apartment nearly 10 years ago. He was most helpful at that stage in dealing with my purchase. I have noted that over my time living there that he and his company have sold quite a number of the units in the complex. As such there was no question to use Daniel again now that it was time to sell the apartment. He gave great advice on what was needed to "freshen up" the place and arranged for all works to be carried out whilst I was travelling OS. I was kept updated on the process of inspections and potential buyers. Daniel managed to negotiate an acceptable sale price without the need to go to auction and I was happy with the outcome.
