We recently purchased a property through PPD and Tristan acted as the agent. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the property and the area around it; and professional in his approach. We highly recommend others who wish to buy and sell properties to rely on the services of Tristan and PPD.

Would highly recommend Tristan, he's an incredible agent who has given practical suggestions for every move, and secured me a result ecstatic with. Tristan provided all the guidance and expertise I was after during the sale and saved my time on my own work. He knew the area well, was extremely reliable, and has had extensive experience in real estate, able to deal with anything and everything that was thrown at him.

As a buyers agent I come across a lot of agents in the Eastern Suburbs. I find Tristian always has his clients best interest at heart. He is extremely reliable and always contactable. He is a fierce negotiator always pushing for every last dollar. Look forward to working on the next one with you.

Purchased a property via PPD as the real estate agent. I found Tristan very professional. Kept us well informed, everything was documented properly, and any requests promptly fulfilled. Would heartily recommend going with PPD if I was going to buy or sell any properties.

We engaged PPD to sell our Bronte unit. They immediately swung into action and had it on the market within three days and sold it within ten days. They have been extremely helpful throughout the process, always prepared to go the extra mile to get this across the line. In particular Daniel and Siobhan have been very impressive to us and our solicitors who described working with them as "awesome". We have no hesitation in highly recommending them to sell your property. By far the best real estate agency in the eastern suburbs.

We would give Anthony 6 stars if we could. Our first experience was as a buyer. Ant was friendly, knowledgeable and a problem solver. Ant provided such warm, genuine customer service. We didn’t hesitate to ask him to sell our property. Ant had a strategy, consulted with us and kept us informed. We trusted him and and it paid off. Our property was sold off market in one day. We even got a refund for the marketing costs. We were absolutely thrilled with the results. Thank you Ant and team.

It has been an amazing experience having Anthony sell another property for us. Both Anthony and Courtney have worked tirelessly following up on every lead and most importantly, keeping us informed through the entire process. Cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for someone that is professional, genuinely cares and is meticulous.

We bought a property for which Tristan was the agent for the sellers. He was excellent to work with throughout the whole process from inspection to settlement which was a very pleasant and smooth process, above all expectations

Our recent experience with Thomas has been excellent. Thomas is a good communicator with integrity. His professionalism and diligence are second to none. As we live interstate, Thomas went the extra mile to ensure the settlement went smoothly. We have no hesitation to recommend Thomas’ service to any potential clients.

What can I say ? .....Another phenomenal result for us yet again from Sean and his team ! This is the second time we have engaged Sean to sell our properties for us over a period of 10 years and I find that he has always been honest with his appraisals. He has a sound knowledge of a constantly fluid market and has always come through with excellent results. I didn't write a review for him the first time simply because I am not one to do reviews but I felt compelled to do so this time in recognition of the time, effort and hard work that he has put into the campaign. He had the unenviable task of appeasing concerned tenants regarding scheduled viewing sessions and as one can imagine this would have been made even more challenging during a pandemic but he made it all seem so effortless. Then there was the task of organising the styling for the property and I have to say it was all quite tastefully done at a reasonable cost. We were kept abreast of the degree of interest in the property at the end of each viewing and because of this, we knew from the outset that there were indeed interest in the property. This enabled us to assess for ourselves a reasonable sale price in our own minds. When it came to crunching the numbers, Sean really shone. He was able to identity the genuinely interested parties and engage them in a bidding war resulting in an absolutely terrific result for us. The best part was that the whole process was made stress free by his commendable experience gained throughout his years in real estate. All in all, we are completely ecstatic and over the moon with the result achieved by Sean and his team. Kudos to all of them for all the work that they have put into the campaign to achieve this remarkable result for us.
