From the first phone call and inspection, we knew we made the right choice. Debbie's knowledge and understanding of the market proved to be spot on. I will not hesitate to call Debbie and the PPD team for my next transaction. She is the best in town.

Tristan is not your average real estate agent, we do meant that!. When others only concentrate their attention to the sellers, Tristan will give his genuine attention and assistance to the buyers too. Nothing seems to be "a pain todo" for Tristan, and he never left any of our queries unanswered (and yes, we had plenty of queries!). And Tristan doesn't do a hard sell on purchasers, he let us have our space and time to think of our decisions.... Thanks Tristan! you obviously have mastered the "effective selling!" (there you go for your book title)

I would highly recommend Doreen Wilson to be your real estate agent. Her professionalism and market knowledge is excellent, her communication throughout the marketing process is outstanding and thorough and her willingness to support and guide us through what can be a very stressful time has been superb. Doreen coordinated everything from stylists to cleaners, tenants and extra open days to accommodate buyers and has been readily available to discuss any issues. She provided an extensive and detailed summary each week of prospective buyers and we were extremely delighted with the outcome of the sale.

Doreen is down to earth and genuine to work with. She is highly professional and her advice through out the process has been invaluable. Doreen works hard to get the job done, going over and beyond resulting in a quick sale and excellent price. Doreen has been a pleasure to work with, she has high integrity with expert knowledge about the sales process and local market, which was a source of great comfort to us. She is highly professional and motivated and her advice throughout the process was invaluable, both in managing our expectations and ultimately ensuring we got a quick sale at an excellent price. Her personal attention and wise counsel continued as we made our next purchase. Thank you Doreen!
